What is Healthy Pet Company's Return Policy?

If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges for UPS, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and United States Postal Service are NOT refundable. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligibile for a refund. If your order was shipped free of charge, you may be responsible for the shipping charges. This will apply only to order where a customer "changed their mind" or if cancellation of an order takes place after the order has shipped.
Include your original invoice with your return and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Ship via UPS or US Mail Return Receopt Requested. Please return in the original packaging if any.
